2011/2012 School Year Backpack Program

The school year is fast approaching and the Kinette Club of Claresholm is running their “Backpack Program” again.

If you are in need of school supplies for your child/children please fill out a form at the FCSS office or the Food Bank.

The deadline for this information is Tuesday, August 30^th at 4:00 p.m.

The backpacks will be ready for pickup on Friday, September 2^nd at the FCSS office.

Beautiful Baby Contest

Think you have the  CUTEST baby on the block?

Think your baby would be voted as the cutest?  Then enter your baby in our

Beautiful Baby Contest,  hosted by the Claresholm Teen Center.  Submit a photo and fill out the application along with a $10.00 entry fee to the Claresholm FCSS office at 107 50 Ave West,  by August 8, 2011.

Entries are accepted for children age 5 and under. All photos will be displayed  at the Claresholm Bench show during the fair day celebration Aug 13th. Our community will be the judge. Prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, and winners will be submitted to the local press. Submitted photos from a professional photographer must come with permission from the photographer.

No photos over 5” either way will be accepted, due to space. 

All profits made will help support the Claresholm Teen Center
